L & B Enterprises is a Michigan based family owned and operated
business which began in 1969 in an effort to provide funding for
college for anticipated children and later funding for retirement
needs. It's primary operations are: A) Providing affordable quality rental housing B) Provide an Affordable access to the legal system C) The purchase of houses generally in need of upgrading and refurbishing them and placing them back in service. D) The purchase of financially distressed property from owners looking to "cash out" but have not been able to primarily due to time restraints E) The purchase of financially distressed property: currently in foreclosurer, in the redemption period, or owned by the lender |
